Alex Kultgen

Originally from Waco, Texas, Alex Kultgen is a graduate of Fort Hays State University, where
she earned her B.S. in Organizational Leadership, and holds a Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. As a passionate advocate for belonging, equity, community engagement, and culture change, Alex is currently pursuing a PhD in Change Leadership for Equity and Inclusion. Her research interests focus on equity, inclusion, and systems-level change for the Asian American community, women, and society as a whole. She is dedicated to creating communities where people feel safe, supported, and valued. As an Education & Prevention Specialist, Alex is responsible for creating, coordinating, and delivering educational programs aimed at preventing domestic and dating violence, sexual violence, and stalking. Her work includes initiatives focused on middle and high schools, higher education, and the broader community. In her downtime, Alex enjoys traveling, reading, crocheting, crushing personal gym goals, and spending time with her friends, loved ones, and her two adorable dogs. Email: [email protected] |
