Imagine a world where every relationship is rooted in respect, compassion, and equality - not fear, violence, and harm. At Jana's Campaign, we believe in that world. And on October 11th, we invite you to help make it a reality. We're setting the table and reserving seats not for celebrities, but for the real champions of our mission - our educators, supporters, and friends. Get ready for an unforgettable evening of elegance, purpose, and community as we gather in our beautiful garden party setting to support building a generation free from relationship violence. At our 14th annual Empty Place at the Table, you'll have the opportunity to meet educators who are changing - and saving - lives through evidence-based prevention education programming. Our Mission in Action Preventing Violence Through Education In 16 years, we've reached hundreds of thousands of students across 677 schools and 571 colleges and universities in 44 states. Our evidence-based programs are proving that relationship violence is preventable when we intervene with education, not just response. Continuing Jana's Legacy Jana Mackey was a passionate 25-year-old law student and advocate for women's rights who believed in "equality for all persons." Though her life was tragically cut short by domestic violence in 2008, her parents, Drs. Christie and Curt Brungardt transformed their grief into action by founding Jana's Campaign. Every program we deliver, every student we reach, continues Jana's work toward justice and equality. Join Us & Support Our Mission Together Let's Build A Violence-Free Generation We can't do this without you. This event will raise funds to expand our prevention education programs, helping students across Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, and beyond build healthy relationships and recognize the warning signs of abuse before violence begins. Your support allows our Prevention Educators to provide boots-on-the-ground programming in schools, equip faculty with training on the SafeDates and Coaching Boys Into Men curricula, host regional Campus Safety Summits, and lead community-based events that raise awareness and strengthen efforts to prevent violence.
