Larissa Whitney

Larissa Whitney, Education and Prevention Specialist at Jana’s Campaign, Inc. provides programming to students and community members. She will present educational programs that prevent domestic and dating violence, sexual violence, and stalking. Her bachelor's degree is in Elementary Education from Fort Hays State University. She taught middle and elementary school students in Larned, Kansas, and Hays, Kansas during her 12 years as an elementary teacher. Her dedication to reducing gender and relationship violence stems from the year she worked as a Weekend Shelter Advocate.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, photography, and spending time with her friends & family.
