Ways to Give
The purpose of our donor giving program is to give our friends and supporters various options on how they can financially support Jana’s Campaign and our mission of reducing gender and relationship violence. This donor giving program assists us in building a strong, caring and impactful organization. New financial capital is crucial for us to increase our program impact and to sustain that impact. All donated resources will go directly to support program initiatives and organizational related expenses. All contributions, large and small, are highly appreciated.
Annual Giving Membership Drive
Each year, Jana’s Campaign asks its friends to support our “annual membership drive.” Typically, Jana’s Campaign will provide donors with an annual program priority for that particular year. For example, in 2014 we solicited funds to support our teen dating violence prevention program and our efforts to engage boys and young men in reducing gender violence.
Program/Activity Sponsorship
Donors have the option to “sponsor or co-sponsor” one of Jana’s Campaign’s programs, activities or events. This includes one of our five signature programs or a single one-time event. Talk to our staff about the many opportunities to directly support one of these efforts.
Planned Giving
For those donors who wish to add Jana’s Campaign to their end-of-life memorial or to include us in your estate planning, please contact our staff for assistance. Planned giving is a way for people who care about Jana’s Campaign to make a future gift from their estate. A planned gift is arranged now and fulfilled later, and frequently provides tax and financial benefits to the donor while helping to achieve the mission of Jana’s Campaign.
Annual Fundraising Events
Throughout the year, Jana’s Campaign and other supporting organizations hold activities and events for the purpose of raising needed resources. Our annual “Empty Place at the Table” event each fall is an example of such an event. Please watch our website and other social media outlets for a listing of events.
In-Kind Gifts and Services
To implement programming activities, Jana’s Campaign often needs supportive resources and services. Please visit with our staff on how you can provide an in-kind gift or service that will serve the mission of Jana’s Campaign.
Jana’s Campaign is a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization and all contributions are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Service.
